All 64 occupants of the CRJ-701 and the three soldiers in the Army helicopter are feared dead according to officials. The CRJ-701ER was on a night time final approach to runway 33 at DCA at the time. The Black Hawk helicopter was flying at low altitude over the Potomac River from north to south.
